Ensure a tranquil environment: Put your phone on silent or do not disturb mode.
Clean lashes: Ensure your lashes and eye area are clean and free of makeup before arriving.
Avoid gum: Refrain from chewing gum during your appointment.
Limit conversation: Allow for focus and efficiency during your lash session.
Minimize caffeine: Keep caffeine intake low before your appointment to promote relaxation.
Attend solo: For safety and serenity, children are not permitted during appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide 48 hours notice. However, due to the limited availability of last-minute slots, a 100% fee will be charged for missed appointments. This fee must be settled before booking a new appointment.
